MASTERPLAN
The masterplan for this large-scale residential project weaves together home, work, nature and garden in a succession of outdoor rooms. Some of these spaces are large, gathering the sky, the forest and distant views. Some are functional managing work requirements, vehicles, food production, dining and caring for the land. Some of these spaces are more inspirational and poetic. In some of these smaller garden rooms we seek to create a sanctuary and refuge, a place to sit and reflect or walk a labyrinth, a place to feel comfortable and nestle into nature. The plan strives to maximize use of outdoor space by creating a diversity of areas to take advantage of and shape site microclimates.
