Our garden care and coaching services are designed to help you steward your garden. This is in addition to our garden care manuals that includes detailed information about your plants and their care. When it becomes necessary for additional coaching and or actual care we are happy to help. One of our recent projects involved helping a client understand that many of the weeds colonizing their garden were in fact stellar sources of nutrition and the key to a resilient lawn. They now have an herbal lawn that enriches salads, produces medicine and requires far less maintenance. Our educational workshops have covered growing and harvesting medicinal herbs, plant and garden care, soil management, composting, passive solar design, rainwater systems and permaculture design. In the near future we hope to be hosting workshops at our Field Station in Kerhonkson, NY.
