We emerged from, and are a part of, the natural world. Today these connections are increasingly difficult to see and when we lose these linkages, we lose our reminders, we lose our understanding, and we stop caring. Plants and animals remind us that we are not alone and that we are supported by an intricate web of life. We work to make these connections visible and reconnect caretakers and their land. Now is the time to create and tend those gardens and re-awaken our minds and our hearts’ affection for the natural world.
