The meadow garden is designed to evoke the prairie and its plants. In the city it is not as expansive as we might hope, though it is still an opening with a view and includes a variety of critical pollinator attracting plants and grasses. As in the prairie, plants intermingle and there are generally no sharp delineations. It is a garden with a very natural feel, which becomes stronger in a breeze or the drifting snow.
