Brooklyn Botanic Garden's programs and gardens continue to be an invaluable resource to Brooklyn gardeners. We especially value the expanded herb and native gardens and the new visitor center.

has been supporting hundreds of city Community Gardens since 1978.

Greenbridge, Brooklyn Botanic Garden's community horticulture program. Education, award programs, conservation, networking, partnerships and support for Brooklyn gardeners.

GrowNYC has been supporting neighborhood greening, environmental education and community garden projects for more than 40 years.

Horticultural Society of NY - for more than 100 years the go to place for lectures and information on gardening in the city.

Just Food helps NY City farmers get the information they need, produce food and get it to market.

Oasis NYC was initially developed as an open space resource mapping tool and now contains many layers of environmental information, as well as many resources for community gardeners.

The New York Permaculture Exchange is a local (based in the Old Stone House) permaculture group that offers classes, events and exchanges. Permaculture describes an approach to design (gardens, landscapes and communities) rooted in an understanding of ecological systems and desire for a more sustainable society.
